HUMAN RIGHTS ADVOCACY

In alignment with its human rights missionLive Room has actively collaborated with various organizations to support disadvantaged children and youth. Whether through our own LABO’s sociocultural programs or international partnerships, we continuously engage in initiatives that promote education, inclusion, and artistic expression.

Key Collaborations & Projects

Partnership with Padre Lerchundi Center (Since 2021)

Live Room signed an agreement with the Padre Lerchundi Center to provide educational and social support for disadvantaged children in Tangier. Through this collaboration, we have organized:

  • Educational support programs and social assistance for children from downtown and old town neighborhoods.
  • Artistic and cultural activities benefiting over 100 children and youth (ages 8–14) annually.
  • Educational outings and collaborative events to foster learning and community engagement.
Inclusion of Youth with Disabilities – EU Project (Tetouan, 2023)

In partnership with ATIL Association & AIDA ONG, Live Room contributed to the EU project:
“Promote the Inclusion of Minors and Young People with Functional Diversity in Schools and Public Centers in the Province of Tetouan.”
Our role included:

  • Facilitating focus group sessions to enhance accessibility and inclusion strategies.
  • Producing two awareness videos, two video summaries of project actions, and one documentary film.
  • Engaging over 20 young people with disabilities in creative and interactive sessions.
Creative Workshops in Juvenile Prisons – EU Project (2023–2024)

In collaboration with Bayti Association, AIDA Association, and the General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration (DGAPR), Live Room played a key role in the EU-funded project:
“Together for Child-Friendly Justice.”
This initiative aimed to support incarcerated youth in Ben Slimane Juvenile Prison through artistic rehabilitation programs. Our contributions included:

  • Rap, Graffiti, and Dance workshops for 80 young prisoners.
  • Production of video courses for a virtual school, providing continued educational access for young inmates.
  • A structured program running from October 2023 to April 2024, empowering youth through creative self-expression.

Through these impactful collaborations, Live Room continues to champion social inclusion, youth empowerment, and human rights, using art and education as transformative tools for marginalized communities.
